On September 26, the Elite Living Atelier Series made a radiant return to MB Private Ho Chi Minh City with the event Contemporary & Minimalist Trends in Elite Living Spaces, offering an exclusive, bespoke experience for distinguished VIP guests. Marking a notable collaboration, H2X Studio was honoured to partner for the first time with Phillips Auction—one of the world’s leading auction houses—to introduce refined artistic values within truly singular living environments.

At the event, guests were invited to immerse themselves in an inspiring material showcase, seamlessly integrated with refined interior displays and enriched by the colours and scents of nature—crafting a truly captivating multi-sensory experience. The programme was further distinguished by an engaging talk show on architecture and art within elite living spaces, led by two esteemed speakers: Mr. Gia Huy Michael, Creative Director of H2X Studio, and Ms. Lan Vy Tran, Phillips’ Advisory Specialist in Vietnam.

The concept of the “second home”—and its pivotal role in embedding individuality and personalisation within hospitality and resort real estate to secure long-term investment value—was selected by Architect Gia Huy Michael as the central theme of his presentation, offering insightful perspectives to the event’s guests. In parallel, H2X Studio’s Creative Director shared a compelling narrative on the kitchen as the heart of the home, under the theme Designing Spaces as Connectors of Family Life—a refined “touchpoint” where generations converge, shaping a legacy masterpiece of both tangible and emotional value.

Under the theme “The Art of Art Collecting”—the art of elevating living spaces through curation for the elite—Ms. Lan Vy Tran, Advisory Specialist at Phillips Vietnam, shared her perspective on the journey of art collecting, while introducing guests to compelling visuals and insights into some of the world’s most prestigious artistic masterpieces.
